Holdings and specialist collections:
The art school’s library holdings currently comprise some 40,000 media and 45 periodicals subscriptions in the fields of architecture, visual arts, film, photography and certain areas of philosophy. The collection focuses on movements in art since 1945, with monographic studies and source texts forming the main bulk in all areas. The library also aims to build up as complete a collection as possible of publications by the art school’s academic staff, students and graduates, complemented by an archive of relevant press cuttings.
The library also contains recordings of lectures given by artists at the school.
